You want to know, how to be as successful as we are? Versatility, regularity and passion are just some of our key words. Why don´t you listen to a lecture concerning on this topic? Below you can have a look at an example of our weekly schedule. During the winter-season, we focus on aerobic endurance and athletics. Additionally, we put much emphasis on core strength training to prevent injuries. Our weekly training-volume is about 15-25hours. To recover quickly, we relax in the Sauna (Bellamar) and in the health center for physiotherapy or on the Andumed couch.

Attention! Don’t try to train as much as we do 😉 The volume of your weekly training needs to be increased really slowly over many years: do not add more than 10% every year.

One highlight in our training is EMS (by kwikfit), something different for our bodies. Electro muscle stimulation is an efficient way of improving your core strength.
