We strictly distance ourselves from doping, we take no pills to boost our performance, no supplements to cure little injuries, no enzymes to accelerate our recovery. A well-balanced diet, pretty much sleep and enough rest-days is all you need.
We say NO to doping, because quadrathlon is a clean sport, we fight “against” ourselves, against the chronometry, against our own personal bests and “for” a healthy, balanced, sporty-crazy life. There’s no room for doping, which is mere self-deception and rather dangerous, too.
